BJP MLAs create uproar in West Bengal assembly session

Kolkatta, 2/7 (AO Bureau):There was a lot of uproar in West Bengal on the first day of the assembly session. BJP MLAs raised slogans during Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar’s address and demanded a fair investigation into the post-poll violence. During this, the MLAs raised slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’. According to the information received, the Governor could not complete his speech due to heavy noise. According to a media report, the governor ended the address in just 4 minutes. Because at that time the MLAs under the leadership of BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari started protesting in the Well. As a result, the governor had to stop the speech. After this he came out after talking to CM Mamta Banerjee and Chief Secretary Viman Banerjee. During this Mamta came to drop the governor till the gate.

 

On the other hand, the MLAs, who were creating a ruckus during the Governor’s address, went out of the house. Let us tell you that today was the first day of the House. According to the information received, the business of the house will continue till July 8 and the state budget for 2021-22 will be presented on July 7.
