Dhanbad Judge Death: CBI may investigate, Hemant Sarkar recommended, DOPT soon

New Delhi, 31/7 :The investigation of the death of Judge Uttam Anand under suspicious circumstances in Dhanbad by the Jharkhand government may intensify further. According to the information received from special sources, the government has recommended the investigation of the case by the CBI. It is being said that a recommendation has been made by the Jharkhand government to the Union Home Ministry. Within a week, the order for the investigation to the CBI can come from the concerned DoPT. Here, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren assured justice in the suspicious death of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand. During a meeting with Anand’s family members at the state secretariat, Soren said that the police will complete their investigation legally as soon as possible and the family will get justice.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the priority of the government is that justice should be done. After this meeting, the CM’s office said that the family members of Anand (Dhanbad Judge Killing) expressed satisfaction about the SIT formed by the state government and demanded a compassionate job for Anand’s wife.

Raghuvar Das made a big allegation

Former Jharkhand Chief Minister cum National Vice President of BJP Raghuvar Das said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren should have shown the promptness in the murder of Justice Uttam Anand, he did not show it. Das says that the CM did not show the sensitivity on the death of Judge Sahib, which he had shown on the death of Stan Swamy, who was arrested on charges of sedition. At the same time, Babulal Marandi has described the role of Dhanbad SSP as suspicious in the murder of Judge Uttam Anand. He has written a letter to the Chief Minister demanding the removal of the SSP and a CBI inquiry into this murder case.
