New Delhi, 30/6 : Along with the Corona epidemic (Covid-19), misleading news related to it has also spread widely in the society. Now the answer has been given by the Central Government. NITI Aayog member Dr. VK Paul has given factual information on many misconceptions related to corona among children. He said that adequate infrastructure has been arranged for the treatment of children. At the same time, he made it clear that in general, corona in children is asymptomatic and hospitalization is required on very rare occasions.

On the other hand, AIIMS director Randeep Guleria has informed that there is no such data in the country and the world which says that there will be a serious impact on children in the coming waves. He also said that during the second wave, the children recovered after common illness after corona infection. Those who had to be admitted to the hospital, they must have either had some disease before or the immunity level would be low.

Covaxin trial has started in children, results may come in September-October
Dr. NK Chopra, chairperson of the Kovid Working Group, said that from June 25, the trial of COVAXIN in children has been started. These trials are being done in children aged 2 to 18 years. Its results can come by September-October. He also said that infection can occur in children but it is not usually serious.

Corona adopting appropriate behavior is most important
